If you bought the previous 3 volumes, this 4th volume is pretty identical to make and size of the books by 7S.
Other than that, the first 2 chapters focus on Kazama Kenji, the central protagonist, and T|About the Author||Tomoya Haruno is best known as the author and artist of D-Frag!, and has contributed to the Lucky Star anthology collections along with the Haganai Anthology Comic collections.
